Install Retainify from the Shopify App Store, or open it from Apps in your Shopify admin.

• Fewer “where is my order?” tickets. One tracking page, reachable from the thank-you page, the order status page, or your confirmation email.
• Edits instead of cancellations. Address fixes, size swaps and quantity changes inside a window you set — enforced on the order itself, not on the page that drew the button.
• Returns that never happen. A keep-it bonus code offered at the moment a customer decides to send something back; refunds still go to the original payment method.
